Returns

Damaged or defective goods
If the goods you ordered have been damaged in transit, are not what you ordered, or are defective, please email us at hello@anartcuirm.com within 14 working days providing as much detail as possible, including photographs of the damaged goods and packaging.

Change of mind
If you wish to return or exchange your order, please email us at hello@anartcuirm.com within 14 working days. To return an order please send the items back to the appropriate address listed below. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns must be securely packaged and must include the delivery note and a note explaining the reason for the return. Shipping costs are not reimbursed for a change of mind return. We recommend that return shipments are sent using a trackable service as reimbursements will only be issued on safe receipt of the item: the items are your responsibility until they reach Anart Cuirm. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Prior returning your item(s), please inform us on hello@anartcuirm.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
